    The staff was kind, greeting us with delicious brownie bars that lifted our spirits after travel fatigue. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The showers were fantastic, definitely the best during our trip. Plus, the location was unbeatable, right across from the train station offering quick access to Zurich.

    The air conditioning units malfunctioned!!! Attempting to navigate the self check-in process was frustrating!!! The parking garage is cramped, especially difficult for EV users!!! Room cleanliness left much to be desired!!!
